Johnson Cultural Initiatives helps organizations and individuals foster inclusivity through strategy, leadership, and immersive retreats. Our work empowers diverse voices to be heard, valued, and equipped to lead.
What we do and why equity work is important?

We live in a world that is full of diversity and opportunity. Research shows that organizations who focus on providing equitable environments, out preform their competition and harnesses a working environment that produces dedicated employees who feel safe and seen. At JCI, we work with organizations to assess and develop strategies, programs, and initiatives that allow businesses to thrive . In addition we offer professional development for executive leaders and facilitate retreats for DEI committees and executives.

JCI is committed to creating safe spaces for diverse communities. Our Bloom Sacredly Retreats are taylored to just that. Allowing individuals from marginalized communities the opportunity and safety to grow personally and professionally in an effort to eraticate barriers that keep them from being the best version of themselves.
